This pre-season program is designed to further sharpen player skills and improve performance in the months leading up to the club season. 

Keeping players on the court, learning, practicing, improving, and coming together in a team environment is very important for all players during the pre-season.

Our pre-season skills and performance clinic includes:

• 8 week clinic starting in September
  
• 4 hours of skills development and practice weekly with two, 2-hour sessions per week (one each week on Wednesday evenings from 8pm to 10pm beginning on September 11th, and one week on Saturday afternoons beginning on September 14th)
  
• One or more performance training sessions focused on jumping skills
  
• One or more performance training sessions focused on hitting skills
